Thank you for choosing Lux Skin Spa. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment via text and or email prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment a 24-hour advance notice is required. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life it is our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, allowing the opportunity for other clients to schedule an appointment.

No-Shows & Rescheduling

Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment in the 24hour grace period are subject to a $50 fee.

Clients are still responsible for showing up for their appointment even if they do not receive a courtesy reminder.
